- Siapkan bahan2nya terlebih dahulu. Panaskan kukusan. Jika memakai dandang, bungkus tutupnya dgn serbet..
- Campur bahan hijau, tuang santan sedikit demi sedikit. Aduk rata & saring jika perlu..
- Tuang adonan hijau setinggi cetakan..
- Kukus selama 10 menit..
- Adonan putih: campur rata semua bahan..
- Tuang adonan putih ke atas adonan hijau yg telah dikukus..
- Masukkan kembali ke dlm kukusan selama 15 menit..
- Angkat & dinginkan..
